Genvas Privacy Policy

LionRocket Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") places great importance on the protection of users' personal information while providing the Genvas service (hereinafter referred to as "Genvas" or the "Service"). The Company endeavors to ensure that users’ personal information shared while using Genvas is protected online.

The Company complies with applicable privacy regulations including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection

Genvas collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary at the time of initial use for membership registration, smooth customer service, and service provision. The Company processes users’ personal information only for explicitly stated purposes and will not use it for other purposes without separate consent. If the purpose changes, the Company will notify users and obtain additional consent.

Users may choose not to agree to the collection of optional information beyond what is required.
