These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Genvas service, an AI-based image generation platform, and its related websites, applications, and services provided by LionRocket Co., Ltd. ("Company"). These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the users of the Service.

Article 1 – Purpose

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights and obligations between the Company and users regarding the use of Genvas and its accompanying features, network, website, and other services.

Article 2 – Agreement to the Terms

1. By clicking the "Agree" button or by actually using the Service, users confirm that they have fully reviewed and agreed to all provisions of these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and any additional regulations set by the Company.

2. The Company grants ownership rights to the user for:

   • User-Generated Images: images created and downloaded during the subscription period.
   • User-Derived Content: secondary content developed using User-Generated Images.

   Users may continue to use their generated content even after subscription ends. However, generating new images or redownloading previous ones requires an active subscription. Ownership rights only apply to user-generated content and not to any Company-Provided Content, such as previews, AI models, prompts, or other proprietary tools, which remain the Company’s property.

3. Users must agree to these Terms to use the Service. If not agreed, they must discontinue use.

4. The Company may revise these Terms to improve the Service. Any revisions will be announced at least 7 days in advance, or 30 days in advance if changes are material or disadvantageous to the user.

Article 3 – Membership and Access

1. Eligibility: Users must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Those under 14 must obtain parental or legal guardian consent.
2. Account Creation: Users create accounts by providing required information and agreeing to the Terms.
3. Account Safety: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information. The Company will never request passwords.
4. Inactivity: If an account remains inactive for 6 months, the Company may deactivate or delete the account after prior notice.
5. Account Transfer: Accounts are non-transferable unless legally permitted and with Company approval.
6. Service Modification: The Company may modify or discontinue the Service, particularly if content or voices used in the Service are subject to contract termination or legal restrictions.
